Missed or Cancelled Appointment Fee

A $62 missed or cancelled appointment fee will be implemented that are missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.  We understand that there are unforeseen circumstances, but missed appointments can significantly impact our scheduling and other patients who are in need of our care.  We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.  Thank you for your trust on continuing your petʻs care with us.

Science Diet Orders

Science Diet orders are delivered every Thursday.  Please make sure that your food orders are made by Tuesday for your food to be delivered by Thursday.  Holidays may affect delivery dates.

Medication Requests

Please call to request/refill medications 1 week before running out of medications so we can assure product availability.

Emergency/same-day requests within 24 hours will be charged an urgent processing fee of $10.
