COVID-19 Policies


Ohana Veterinary Hospital continues to follow COVID-19 CDC guidelines so that we can provide a safe and healthy environment for our staff and clients. Our doors remain locked at all times due to high crime rates and to help manage traffic flow into the clinic.


-Please call from your vehicle to notify us of your arrival and parked in our designated stalls. A technician will service you as soon as we are able.


-Clients who have scheduled 30-minute appointments may come in. With fit-in appointments, technician appointments, medication and food pick ups, clients are asked to remain in the car.


-For those clients coming into the hospital:

1. Masks are required to be worn at all times.

2. You are not experiencing and cold/flu-like symptoms.

3. Have not contracted/tested positive for COVID within the last 2 weeks.

4. Have not traveled out-of-state within the last 2 weeks.

5. Only 2 adults are allowed in per appointment (no children under the age of 18 are allowed in).

6. Your temperature will be checked (those over 99 degrees Fahrenheit will be asked to remain in your vehicle).
